The 19-year-old graduate of Management Accounting, representing the Sangguniang Panlungsod (SP) was crowned Ms. Dapitan 2010 during the coronation night held at 8:30 p.m., July 23, at the Dapitan City Multi-Purpose Cultural and Sports Center.
